When you purchase a wedding dress from us, you can choose from two options, the first option is a made-to-order dress which will be tailored just for you using standard sizes. All our dresses are made-to-order, which means the dress you selected will be created especially for you with a production time of 8-12 weeks. It will be sewn with careful attention to every detail and then thoroughly inspected for blemishes and defects to ensure quality. Once the dress is ready, we will gently package it and ship it through our reliable shipping vendor. The dress can be shipped either from our Canadian location or from our European factory. The total estimated time to receive the dress can take up to 4 months from the time of purchase. Please ensure you have sufficient time before your event for the order to arrive.

International shipping is available. Shipping costs will be covered by Ms. Bliss Bridal for all orders that include wedding dresses.

We can customize any dress to your taste and need. We can use any of our dresses as a base and make additional changes - like making it less puffy, more sparkly, remove sleeves or add an extra layer to make a sheer bodice thicker.

There are plenty of possibilities to create matching items for your dress such as a belt, custom veil or accessories made out of the same materials as your dress. Feel free to share your vision and we'll make it come true!

When you purchase a wedding dress from us, you can choose from two options: a standard made-to-order dress or a made-to-measure dress which is custom size.
The first option is a standard made-to-order dress that will be tailored just for you using our standard size chart. Bridal gown sizes run small, there is no universal size chart when it comes to wedding dresses. If you decide that a standard made-to-order dress is a good option for you, you need to find out your size in our chart by taking measurements of your bust, waist, and hips. Please find our size chart by following the link or in the pop-up located on every dress product page.
Another option is a made-to-measure dress, which is custom-tailored to your specific measurements. Custom size may be a good option for you if your measurements are not standard or if you would like to reduce the number of alterations. This option requires a larger number of body measurements, but they result in a better dress fit.
On custom size orders, there is an additional fee of $120 Canadian dollars or an equivalent amount in U.S. dollars which is about $95 US dollars depending on the current exchange rate. To purchase, please choose the “Custom size” selection in the size field on the desired dress page while purchasing. We will contact you through email with the measurement instructions after the purchase.
In some cases, your dress might need alterations to fit you perfectly, especially when you order a standard made-to-order dress using our standard size chart. We don't cover alterations.

Returns and Refunds
Orders for standard made-to-order dresses are subject to a 50% restocking fee of the product cost for products returned. This includes all the gowns that made to our regular bridal size chart and do not have any customization. No exchanges will be offered for ordered gowns.
Customers that order made-to-measure dresses (custom size) or any custom changes to the design will receive no refund due to the fact that these dresses are created with the customer's specific measurements and needs. We’ve tried to create an informative and useful website that should make your online shopping experience smooth. After you choose the desired option and know all the required measurements, please add all the information in the appropriate fields in the product page. For wedding dresses, you will be offered options to pay the price in full or split it into three payments, starting with an initial 50% deposit payment. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. To make the ordering process easier, we recommend creating an account on our website. You can create it from the very beginning by clicking on the account symbol on the right side of the menu bar or at checkout.
We try to stay on top of current online trends so we can offer mobility and flexibility in your shopping. Given the inability to try dresses on while shopping online, we'll extend as much help as possible with a convenient service, detailed instructions and friendly advice. We can even schedule a virtual appointment if one is needed.

Bridal Size Chart Guide
Use this size chart to determine your bridal size. Bridal gown sizes are not like typical streetwear sizes. Bridal gown sizes run small, always check the size you need with our size chart before purchasing and don't be surprised if your bridal size is larger than your regular clothing.
We recommend that you get someone to assist you and use a soft, flexible measuring tape. Do not wrap the tape too tightly while measuring. Wear an unpadded bra and stand straight with your feet together. If any of your measurements is on the borderline between two sizes, we recommend picking the larger size***.
- BUST - measure your entire chest around the fullest part of the bust across the nipple.
- WAIST - measure around the smallest part of your waist (usually around 1" / 2-3 cm above your belly button).
- HIPS - measure around the widest part of your hips.
Most of our dresses are available in sizes 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and in a custom size. An average dress measures 5.1ft /155 cm hollow to floor, depending on the design*. It is usually a good fit for a bride who is 5.6-5.9 ft. tall wearing heels**.

In some cases, your dress might need alterations to fit you perfectly. When you order far ahead of your wedding date, we can confirm your size right before your dress is to be made. Some brides like a loose fit, while other brides prefer a tight fit. You can alter any of our dresses at a local seamstress if you need your dress to be more fitted. We don't offer alterations, and they are not included in the purchase price.

**Individual body proportions must be considered. Torso length and legs length are important factors to affect the fit. Additionally, we always allow extra length to the bottom for the higher heels.
***When in doubt about the size, contact us for an advice. With some dresses, upper body measurements determine the size, but with others, hip measures are more important;

How do I order a Ms. Bliss dress?
You can order any dress available in our catalogue. We tried to make our site as informational as possible. Virtual appointments can be booked for any questions.
What happens after I order a dress?
As soon as you order the dress, we will confirm all the required details with you, including dates, sizing and customizations if applicable. The dress will be hand-sewn in our European facility. Your dress will be thoroughly inspected to make sure it is ready for delivery. You will be contacted throughout all the milestones of the creation and delivery process.

Change in weight before the wedding is a concern for many brides. Ideally, you would remain at the same weight to avoid sizing changes. However, it is possible to have the dress altered by a local seamstress if you would like it to be a little more fitted.
